SOLD Featured below is a rare example of genuine pocket prismatic compass used by surveyors or by the army. This piece was made in the early 1900's by by the well-known scientific instrument maker Stanley from London. The compass is complete and comes with anodized brass case with a fordable prism, sight vane and a nice floating green card. The original leather case however has a few imperfections: one of the leather flaps was replaced overtime.
Dimensions: 70 mm diameter and 15 mm height.
