SOLD A good example of small two draw brass and green enamel paint telescope made most likely in England in the last half of 1800’s. The telescope focuses clear from the first draw following the eye piece. The enamel draw has some spots of missing paint. The original case is made of paper. Dimensions: 17 inch span when opened and 7 inch when closed and 26 mm object lens. Due to its compact size the device had many users, from the boat captain, cavalry officer or early explorer. Excellent for sightseeing and hiking.
