SOLD A excellent example of medium four draw brass telescope made In England in the last half of 1800s. The telescope focuses clear from the first draw following the eye piece. Has a nice mahogany color veneer cover. Dimensions: 26 1/2 inch span when opened and 7 1/2 inch when closed and 38 mm object lens. Due to its compact size the device had many users, from the boat captain, cavalry officer or early explorer. Excellent for sightseeing and hiking.
