SOLD. Here is a good example of a big nautical ships telescope made by Ludolph G.m.b.H Bremen. The telescope was most likely used by Imperial German Navy in WWI. The telescope is made of brass and covered with dark canvas. The telescope draws are made from much thicker brass than average telescopes. The condition is very good and has sharp image (50 mm object lenses). This is a fully functional telescope in very good condition with smooth draw action. Some wear and tear due to the age. Dimensions: 42 inches open, 22 inches closed.
