Excellent example of an impressive four draw observation or fire range brass telescope signed E Vion Paris from the first quarter of 1900's. The telescope is in very good condition and has sharp image (about 30x power) , a well-preserved patina with a few scratches on the enamel paint on the fourth draw (most likely in the past had a leather cover on the main draw) the combination brass and dark enamel paint looks excellent . Dimensions: 45 inches open, 12 1/2 inches closed and 53 mm diameter object lens. The dust cover from the eye piece has an usual dark lens filter incorporated for observation of the solar eclipse or Sun.
