Sold-Featured below is a excellent example smaller than average set of drawing instruments, most likely made in early 1800’s Germany. The small tolled leather and wood case has a nice purple velvet lining and nice floral motifs and No 1 mark. The box includes a combination of 3 instruments: two delicate compass dividers one 90 mm length and one just 77 mm length , an unusual shape drafting pen, and two accessories made of brass and steel. The case has some minimal wear and tear due to age and one the brass locks is broken. Dimensions: 130mm X 45mm X 18mm.
